About GreekStats
GreekStats turns scattered chapter information into discoverable profiles with reporting context, attached sources, and a review path for people who know the chapter firsthand.
Public chapter records and private contributions are separate data paths. A submission is input to review, not a direct edit to the directory.
Active chapter identity and the latest approved public observation for each supported metric. When available, each value keeps its observation date, reporting period, confidence, and public source details close by.
The public profile query does not return the contributor's email or identity, private source notes, or moderation details. Received and pending submissions also remain outside the public directory.
Verification narrows a contribution to the right school. Review determines whether any submitted information is fit for the public record.
Both describe one observation. Neither is an overall judgment about a chapter.
The directory is built for discovery and evidence, not a verdict on chapter quality.
Directory discovery is alphabetical by default. Comparisons are explicit and single-metric, with missing values left visible. The current directory does not publish an overall chapter score or popularity ranking.
GreekStats does not invent provenance or turn a private submission into a public claim. Profiles show attached source details when available and say "Not linked" when source context is absent, so the gap cannot be mistaken for support.
GreekStats is not affiliated with universities, fraternities, sororities, or national Greek organizations. Public records can still be incomplete or outdated, so read the source, reporting period, observation date, and confidence together before making a decision.
